TAO helped me learn how to serve my community in the growth and education of children. Now I see myself as a young leader and I encourage children to pursue education.

Since 2016, over 550 Afghan women and men have completed the TAO fellowship. Today, they are teachers, principals, government officers, UN professionals, NGO leaders, entrepreneurs, and the backbone of TAO itself. This is what collective leadership looks like. Not one organisation doing good, but a growing network of Afghan leaders who have all walked the same path and who keep pulling the next generation forward.

Founder and Director of Warisan Ashab Private School, where he leads educational programs and supports teachers to improve learning quality.

My fellowship experience with TAO helped me learn how to lead a community. This learning motivated me to establish a private school, where I could apply my own experiences in practice. It inspired me to take responsibility for contributing to education and community development.
